Recently, a customer came to us and wanted a machine. Like so many other people that have called on Frain in the past, this one followed a common theme worth sharing. And, that is that Frain offers more.
We don’t just offer the machine. The way we offer equipment… we’re not offering it on an as-is basis. We sell it as an application-ready machine.
Each machine orcomplete packaging linewe sell is:
- Evaluated thoroughly in our engineering shop electrically, mechanically, cosmetically, and pneumatically
- Cycled and tested inour facilitybefore it ever leaves our building
Anything related to its operation would be addressed. If there’s something missing or that needs to be replaced – that’s something we include by default. At the end of it all, you get to see the machinery cycle in our shop prior to its departure through a full-dayfactory acceptance test.
And of course, we stand behind our work with 2-week return policy – no questions asked and all replacement parts backed for 6 months. So, we understand if it comes as a shock as many companies will sell you equipment without these types of services.
