Back to All EquipmentAdco, Model 15D105-SS, semi automatic, stainless steel, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner. Carton size range: 1" to 9½" in Length; ¾" to 4½" in Width; 4½" to 11" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers, with 2½" wide x 3½" high lugs, powered carton magazine, two head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 72" long operator load area with 12" wide x 120" long product conveyor, forming plows and flap tuckers, Nordson hot melt glue system, Seco gauges and interlock flip-up safety guarding. A/B controller, variable-speed,E-Stop and foot pedal jog. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs. Speed dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.
