Rated from 0 to 80 linear feet and 0 to 80 packages per minute – depending on materials, application and product stability. Product size range: 3½" to 72" in Length; 2" to 16" in Width; ¼" to 7½" in Height. Equipped with 118" long slip torque product in feed conveyor and 72" long belt transfer conveyor, LDPE seal jaws and next generation side seal with product discharge conveyor. Control panel with A/B controller and touch screen HMI. Film specs: Film specifications: up to 39" wide single wound film on 3" OD core; to 14" in diameter, with pull out film carriage. Mounted on (4) leg base frame with interlock safety guarding.
Shrink tunnel: Aperture: 21" in Width; 12" in Height; tunnel 72" in Length. Equipped with 80" long x 18" wide conveyor, top mounted blower with variable speed and temperature controls. Mounted on height adjustable (4) leg base frame.
