Back to All Equipment300 gallon, 304 stainless steel, jacketed cooker / cooler. Vessel dimensions: 80" ID x 12" straight wall. Equipped with bridge mounted agitator and bottom cone scrapers, dual 22" OD and 18" OD top man ways with flip up bolt down covers, (1) top 2-1/2" OD threaded product port and (1) saniatry top inlet for dual spray balls, full side and bottom cone low pressure jacket with (2) 2" OD threaded jacket in / outlets (1) side, (1) bottom. Cone bottom with 2" OD sanitary center bottom discharge has a ball and cock valve with 18" floor clearence and is mounted on (5) stainless steel legs.
