Back to All EquipmentClybourne Model CHL, Automatic, vertical, 8 pocket continuous motion, volumetric, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 20 to 100 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 1 chain fixed set on 3" centers with 62" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, recipicating vacuum suction cup pick n place and carton former 1-1/2" long; 1-1/2" wide; 1/2" deep fixed product buckets and (8) pocket rotary volumetric product feeder with 1-3/4" ID x 1/4" deep product pockets set on 6" centers and (8) 3" long x 3" wide x 5" high tapered product funnels with Nordson hot melt glue system. Control panel has start, stop, e-stop push buttons, jog, run auto, manual and vibrator switches. Mounted heavy duty frame, with safety door guarding.
