All head components are constructed of T-303/304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish. Equipped with 54" hot bar sealing system has Cool-Edge seal bar and Teflon® tape, with dual snorkels, side mounted Cuno filter, Twin Teflon vacuum / gas flush particle probes. Control panel has (4) program PLC Micro-Controller with 2 hand control, vacuum and gas flush control logic, low gas warning system, pneumatically operated adjustable head mount and dry vane vacuum pump with throttle valve, gas flush port. Mounted on H style base frame with casters.
