Back to All EquipmentCVP Model Mark lll, semi automatic vacuum and gas flush modified atmosphere bag sealer configured for M.A.P package with number of bags per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. All head components are constructed of T-303/304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish. Equipped with 30" hot bar sealing system has Cool-Edge seal bar and Teflon® tape, with dual snorkels, side mounted Cuno filter, Twin Teflon vacuum / gas flush particle probes with 9-1/4" spacing. Control panel has (4) program PLC Micro-Controller with 2 hand control, vacuum and gas flush control logic, low gas warning system, pneumatically operated adjustable head mount with joystick control and dry vane vacuum pump with throttle valve, gas flush port. Mounted on H style base frame with casters.
