Back to All EquipmentDouglas Model Invex Series IM, Knockdown, intermittent motion, side load case packer rated from 5 to 25 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Case size range: 4" to 16" in Length x 6" to 22" in Width x 4" to 12" in High (with proper change parts). Equipped with product in feed conveyor with star wheel indexing, (4) chains adjustable set on 24" centers with 3" wide x 4" high lugs, 60" long automatic, single belt blank case magazine, (4) suction cup reciprocating pick n place, in line product collation section with side load station, Nordson hot melt glue system, side flap closers and compression section with discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC and side operator panel view controller with start. stop main machine switch and e-stop, Seko gauges and vacuum pump. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety door guarding, status light bar and leveling legs.
Capable of handling wrap around cases, knock-down cases (pre-glued manufacturer’s flap), and trays, RSC, HSC or economy flaps (with proper change parts).
