Product size range: 7" to 28" in Length x 6" to 22" in width x 4" to 9" in Height. Equipped with 40" long x 14" wide in feed conveyor, 45" long x 14" wide metering conveyor with pneumatic gate indexing, 23½" wide hot impulse seal jaws set on 30" centers stream flight bar, side mounted film racks, with film rolls up to 22" in width; and 14" OD on 3" core. Single zone shrink tunnel with 24" wide flex link conveyor and 24” in width x 16" in height aperture and 60" long chamber and top mounted blower motor. Control panel has Allen-Bradley controller with touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty frame with status light bar and interlocked safety guarding.
