Back to All EquipmentContinuous motion horizontal cartoner with 12" centers capable of speeds from 80 to 200 cartons per minute – speeds depending on materials and application. Equipped with overhead confiner (for pouches or bags), Nordson hot melt, 8′ long carton magazine, & Roto-Flo feeder. Currently set with 6 1/2" deep product bucket for a carton measuring 7 1/2" long x 4" wide x 5 1/4" deep. Allen Bradley 504 PLC, Allen Bradley 550 panelview, Woods AC inverter. Approx 30′ long infeed conveyor. Last running a carton 6.5"long x 6 .75"D x 2.25"W inserting 6 pouchs of snack food. [ Optional right angle pouch transfer systems available at an additional cost.
