Back to All EquipmentLiquid Carbonics, Model JE-U4, 40″ wide x 256″ long, straight inline, carbon dioxide (C02) refrigerant (2) zone freeze tunnel, with amount of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Welded modular stainless steel construction. Equipped with 40″ wide x 292″ long stainless steel mesh weave product conveyor belt with 33″ in feed and discharge height, 256″ long chamber with (5) sets of spray nozzels and 40″ wide x 9″ high aperature. Cryogen temperatures can reach as low as -320°F. Overall internal freezer temperatures can reach -150°F. Control panel has push button start / stop for fans, infeed / discharge blower, conveyor and cryogen. Mounted on multi-leg stainless steel frame.
The Model JE-U4 is easily adjusted to meet the chilling and freezing requirements of a wide variety of both cooked and raw products.
