Equipped with 40" long x 12" wide product in feed conveyor, dual 48" long x 4-1/2" high side product transfer belts, product collator, with single arm ram loader. 40" long x 17" wide x 13" high powered blank carton magazine, with 2 suction cup recipicating pick n place, top carton hold-down. 1 suction cup recipicating coupon inserter with 80" long x 3" wide magazine. Datalogic LS4100 Lazer Scanner, Nordson 3500V (5) gun hot melt glue system, 30" long x 7" wide roller discharge chute with air ram. Control panel, PMC 80 touch pad controller with LCD display, A/B 900 panel view, PLC interlocking safety guarding and mounted on stainless steel base.
