Equipped with a 51" wide x 90" long x 15" deep (40 ft³) bottle hopper with a 35" wide x 72" long live bottom conveyor, 34" wide vertical bottle elevator with 6" high cleats on 12" centers, 60" OD container sorting bowl, with container size range: (5/8)" to 6½" in Diameter x up to 12" in Height and capable of handling variety of sizes and shapes including round, oval, straight-wall, tapered, and non-tapered containers with proper change parts. 20" OD rotary orientation wheel with single hook arm container upender, (2) sets of 1½" wide x 32" long dual soft belt container transfer system. Control panel has an AB controller with an AB PanelView 600 touch screen display. Mounted on stainless steel base frame. Speed dependent on materials, application an machine configuration.
