Stainless steel construction. Containers: up to 2.5 gallons. Fill Range: per application and size piston. Equipped with 24" long x 16" wide x 18" deep product hopper with (6) pistons and 2" OD; 1" ID product feed valves to 6 head piston filler with 46" long nozzle centering bar and has (6) 3/4" OD fill nozzles, with 3-1/4" wide delron container conveyor and bimba container indexing, with no container / no fill. Control panel has PLC controller and control panel with auto, jog, converyor on / off, switches, conveyor speed control dial, rise and fall, fill mode, index and start, stop, e-stop push buttons with safety guarding. Mounted on stainless steel frames with height adjustable legs.
