Product size range: 1.6" to 18" in Length; 3/8" to 8.5" in Width; up to 3.9" in Height. Equipped with 60" long operator load area, with 1-1/2" high quick change plastic lugs currently set on 6" centers, adjustable former, 2-up, 8.6" wide x 1" thick serrated seal jaws and fin seal assembly wheels with Interlock safety guarding and 42" long x 8" wide neophreme product discharge conveyor. Film spec’s up to 24" reel width; 14" OD reel, on 2" OD core. Control panel has PLC controls and touch pad controller with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on base frame with (6) leveling legs.
