Automatic, hot melt glue, tray former rated 5 to 30 trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Tray size : 8" to 57" in Length x up to 14" in Width x up to 5" in Height. Equipped with 16" high blank magazine, 3 vacuum cup bottom blank magazine pick-off, 12" wide x 216" long flat belt conveyor, friction wheel transfer to forming station, adjustable forming head, with scales for size adjustments and 12" wide x 108" long discharge conveyor. Nordson hot melt glue system, A/B PLC , status light bar, barrier guarding with safety interlock and mounted on epoxy coated frame.
