Back to All EquipmentUrschel, Model RAA, Stainless steel USDA approved cutter. Capable of slices, dices, and strip cuts at speeds from 2500 to 5000 lbs. per hour. Equipped with 14" x 15" product infeed and 7" wide product discharge with 46" discharge height. Unit is capable of cutting up to a 3½" diameter log of product. Unit consists of slicing knife capable of 1/16" to 3/8" cuts, circular knife capable of 1/8" to 1" cuts, and crosscut knives capable of 1/16" to 1½" cuts. To cut different size pieces change parts are needed per application. Slicing also requires a change part. Unit mounted on stainless steel base. Last running in a bread operation. Change parts required to accommodate size range.
