Back to All EquipmentGenesis / West Model SF600F, Automatic, stainless steel, seal force, aluminum sealing rail cap sealer with number of containers per minute – depending on materials, application number of pockets and heads. Cap size range: 11mm to 32mm and can handle all standard serum seal style closures. Container size range: 0.5" to 2-1/4" in Diameter x 1-1/4" to 6-1/4" in Height (with proper change parts). Equipped with 96" Long x 24" Wide stainless steel mesh conveyor belt with worm screw to star wheel infeed and discharge, gravity fed cap chute, rotary container handling wheel, (12) spindle roller sealing system set on 3" centers, automatic safety shut down sheild and seal force detection of cap seal force and reject of vials that don’t meet the seal force requirements and no container / no cap senser. Control panel has machine speed, hopper, seal and jog controls with digital counter. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters.
