Fully automatic high speed 12 pocket volumetic cartoner, rated from 100 to 300 cpm – speeds depending on materials and application. Currently set on 5" centers, last running hard candy into a carton. Equipped with a nine foot carton magazine with a rotary 4 head carton feeder. After carton is setup it is feed through a Nordson 2302 hot melt bottom carton sealer, down to a Optional 4 head rotary prefolded leaflet feeder. Then feeding into the 12 pocket volumetric cup feeder, to the top carton hot melt sealing station and discharged from the machine. Cartoner is equipped with an Allen Bradley PLC, and PLS cam controller. Lexan interlocking guards. Carton dimentions 1" – 8"L x 3/4" – 3 1/2"W x 4 1/4" – 12"H with propper change parts.
