Automatic 1 gal pail filler and lidder. Designed for use on heavy paste products such as; caulking, glues and adhesives. Includes pail conveyor which feeds stacks of pails to denesting station where pails are picked up and indexed automatically to fill conveyor. Pails fed to bottom up fill spout, lids are fed automatically, then pails are conveyed to lid tamp down station. Includes approx. 7′ long pail feed conveyor and 10′ long fill-lid-tamp down conveyor.
