Automatic, intermittent motion, hot melt, horizontal cartoner capable of speeds from 10 to 40 cpm – speeds depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 1/2" to 3-1/2" in Length; 1/2" to 2-3/4" in Width; 2" to 8" in Depth. Equipped with a 144" long powered carton magazine feeding a reciprocating pick and place with blade style carton erector. 5-1/2" long x 2-1/4" wide x 1-1/4"high adjustable product buckets with no product no carton detection probe, set on 4.75" centers. Single arm product pusher, flap closers, Nordson two gun hot melt glue system A/B plc with swing arm controller and interlock safety guarding.
