Automatic, continuous, vertical, cartoner rated from 40 to 100 cartons per minute – speeds depending on materials and application. 2 chain unit, set on 5" centers with a carton size range of : 1" – 3-1/2" in Length x 3/4" – 4" in Width x 2-1/2" – 8" in Depth, with proper change parts, currentley set up with 2-3/4" long x 3/4" wide x 3-1/4" high fixed carton buckets. Equipped with 70" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, dual vacuum suction cup pick n place, flap closers and control panel. Spee Dee Model CBE volumetric feeder with 29" OD filling plate with (8) 2-1/2" ID x 2-1/4" Deep product pockets, and leveling brush, 16" ID x 22" Deep stainless steel product hopper, (8) 5" long x 4-1/2 wide x 9" high tapered product funnels and is mounted on a base frame with 32" infeed / discharge height.

Equipped with 2 chains fixed set on 20" center with fixed carton buckets, 76" long carton magazine, with dual vacuum suction cup reciprocating pick-n-place, carton formers. 6′ of load area each side, Nordson (2) gun hot melt glue system, control panel with start / stop, jog and e-stop controls. Optional- Carton will leave pocket carrier for additional loading capacity and then automatically re enter the pocket to automatically hot melt seal the top of the carton.
