Lee Model 50U7S, 316 stainless steel, 50 gallon, full jacketed, Internal vacuum rated, triple motion kettle with gallons of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with bolt down top cover with (1) center top mounted anchor style agitator and (1) off center top mounted turbine agitator and (1) off center top mounted prop agitator with full side and bottom jacket. Dish bottom has 6" OD sanitary center bottom discharge with 60" floor clearance. Mounted on (3) stainless steel legs.
