Karl Klement, Model U4, automatic, inline, stainless steel, 4 station (8 spindle) feeder, capper and conveyor. Rated from 10 to 90 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Cap size range: 25mm to 110mm in Diameter. Equipped with a waterfall style cap sorter with a 35" long x 30" wide x 24" deep hopper and 9" wide x 70" long belt set on 5½" centers, adjustable cap chute, 4½" wide x 240" long Delrin belt, 52" long double container gripper belts, (4) adjustable spindle stations and spring loaded bottle hold down. Control panel has push button start / stop controls and variable speed controls.
Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
