Nova, 10 Gallon, 316 stainless steel single wall, internal pressure rated mixing vessel. 16" ID x 18" straight wall, flat top with flip up, bolt down cover and top mounted prop style mixer (needs Drive). (1) 3-1/2" OD sanitary top port with sight glass, (3) 2-1/2" sanitory top ports one with piston acctuator valve and (1) 2" OD sanitary top port with filter. Internal pressure rated: MAWP of 15psi @ 250 Deg F and MDMTof 30psi @ -20 Def F. (2) 2-1/2" OD and (5) 2" OD side sanitary ports. Dish bottom, 2" OD sanitary center bottom discharge has 17" floor clearance with (3) stainless steel legs mounted on stainless steel 24" x 24" base with casters.
