Rated from 25 to 160 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Carton size range: 1" to 9" in length, 1" to 4" in width, 4" to 12" in depth. Equipped with 115" long product load area with adjustable product pockets, 60" Long (3) belt automatic blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place with top carton squaring device and has (4) chains adjustable currently set on 12" centers with 3" Long x 2" High lugs, barrel cam product loader, Nordson Problue hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers, Siko adjustment gauges, Video jet model 3340 laser coder with fume extractor and dual side belt discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B controller and touch screen HMI. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding,casters, leveling legs and statis light bar.
