Back to All EquipmentArpac Model TS37 / XT18, Horizontal, continuous motion, side seal shrink wrapper and tunnel rated from 0 to 90 linear feet or 0 to 80 packages per minute – depending on materials, application and product stability. Product size range: 3-1/2" to 60" in Length; 2" to 16" in Width; 1/4" to 7-1/2" in Height. Equipped with 120" long lugged product in feed conveyor, LDPE seal jaws with next generation side seal with film registration and product discharge conveyor. Film specs: up to 39" wide single wound film on 3" OD core; to 14" OD with pull out film carriage. Control panel has A/B controller, with no product detection, perf and scrap removal wheels, seal bar trim, tempature controllers, drive speed dial with start, stop, jog and e-stop. Mounted on (4) leg frame with interlock safety guarding.
Shrink tunnel: Aperture: 24" in Width; 14" in Height; tunnel 72" in Length. Equipped with 120" long x 22" wide product conveyor, top mounted blower with variable speed and temperature controls. Mounted on height adjustable (4) leg frame.
