Fill range: 2oz to 5 gallons. Equipped with 12.5" long x 4.5" wide stainless steel Delrin chain container belt conveyor with bimba indexing and 32" to 38" adjustable in feed and discharge height. Filler slide bar with (4) 316 stainless steel sanitary bottom-close fill heads with diving 5/8" OD nozzles for sub-surface filling with positvie cut off and (4) stainless steel gear pumps one for each fill head and stainless steel product reservoir with float recovery system. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch pad controls and panel view, NEMA 12 electrics with Ethernet port. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety door guarding and height adjustable leveling legs.
