Equipped with 72" long x 3-1/2" container conveyor has worm screw to star wheel container in feed and discharge, 64" turrett with (56) J3 double diapragm 3/4" OD fill to level nozzles, set on 4" centers with 3" x 5" container platforms and 60" OD x 16" Deep product holding tank with CIP ring. Capper capable (no cap heads) Control panel has A/B PLC with filler start, jog, speed, bowl, capper, no cap and bottle back-up with, start and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame. Capable of running bottled water, juice, tea and both cold or hot fills.
