Cases size range: 8" – 20" L x 6" – 14" W x 5" – 12" H. Equipped with upstacking product infeed, 26" L x 18" W accumulation area with product ram, 66" L blank case magazine, 4 suction cup pic-n-place, case elevating product load station, layer load station, and top and bottom tape sealer, with a 48" L x 18" W discharge conveyor. Remote control panel with an A/B SLC 5/05 PLC controller with LCD display, push button operator interface, vacuum system, barrier guarding with electrical interlock, status light bar, e-stop, and is mounted on stainless steel and steel-it frame.
