Equipped with 48" diameter container accumulation disc, with (14) horizontal polyethylene quick change container pockets and (14) vertical stainless steel 24" long quick change container funnels, 120" long x 3-1/2" wide left to right vacuum assist product discharge conveyer, e-stop, digital read out for bottle count, production rates and speeds per minute. Pockets and funnels snap in / out for quick change tool-less adjustments, 304 stainless steel enclosed construction, has double front, and one side door for easy access. with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety doors. Last running round plastic bottles in a cosmetic operation.
New England, Model H/E-40, stainless steel incline cleated belt feeder with number of containers per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 52" wide x 52" long x 35" deep (15 ft³) stainless steel product hopper, 18" wide x 85" long belt conveyor with 4" high cleats set on 12" centers and 65" discharge height. Powered by ½ Hp motor drive. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling pads.
