Equipped with 52" wide x 230" long x 16" deep bulk bottle hopper with 36" wide x 216" long live bottom conveyor, 34" wide vertical bulk bottle elevator with 6½" high cleats set on 14" centers, 60" OD bottle sorting bowl, with bottle size range: 5/8" to 6½" in Diameter x up to 12" in height and is capable of handling variety of sizes and shape containers including round, oval, straight-wall, tapered and non-tapered with proper change parts. 20" OD rotary orientation wheel with single hook arm container upender, (2) sets of 1½" wide x 32" long dual soft belt container transfer system. Control panel has AB controller with touch screen HMI. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety door guarding.
