Back to All EquipmentUrschel, Model DIVERSACUT 2110, All stainless steel dicer, uniformly dices, strip cuts and slices a wide variety of products at high production with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Accepts products up to 10" in any dimension. Equipped with product feed hopper and 4 paddle impeller with 14.8" opening for continuous uninterrupted operation and is designed for easy cleanup and maintenance. The crosscut knife spindle in conjunction with the other cutting components creates a compact cutting zone establishing precision cuts as the product moves throughout the process. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with casters and discharge conveyor.
Types of cuts and slices:
Flat slices:1/16 to 1"
Crinkle Slices: 1/8" to 1"
Deep Crinkle Slices: 1/8" to 1/2"
Strip cuts:
Flat Strip Minimum / Maximum 1/8 x 1/8" to 1 x 1" x length of product.
Crinkle strips 9/32 x 9/32" length of product
Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 3"
Crosscut knife cuts: 1/8 to 1-1/2"
Crosscut knife crinkle cuts: 9/32 to 5/8"
Crosscut Knife Deep Crinkle Cuts: 3/8 to 1/2"
Crosscut Knife V-Cuts: 5/16 to 1/2"
Shreds: A shredding spindle can be installed in place of the crosscut knife spindle. Shreds will vary depending on number of spacers and shred discs
used.
