Rated up to 15 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, pack pattern and machine configuration. Capable of running 4 packs, 6 packs, 8 packs of 12oz and 16oz cans and 12 packs, 15 packs, 18 packs and 24 packs of 12oz cans with proper change parts. Equipped with (6) 16" wide x 60" long container feeder chutes to container orientation laner with (1) 6" wide x 282" long conveyor, (1) 6" wide x 190" long conveyor and (1) 6" wide x 96" long conveyor, (1) 18" wide x 98" long infeed conveyor, automatic blank carton magazine and pick n place, carton collation section with air knife carton open assist, set on 15" centers with 2" wide x 4" long lugs, single arm loader, Nordsen ProBlue hot melt glue system, minor / major flap closers, compression section, seko gauges and safety guarding. Control panel has A/B PLC with A/B panel view controls with A/B variable speed controllers. Mounted on carbon steel frame with two part stainless steel epoxy paint primer and finish coat with leveling legs.
