Back to All EquipmentNorden 602 automatic, hot air or metal tube filler / sealer. Tube size range: 10mm to 50mm in Diameter; 50mm to 250mm in Height. Fill size range: to 300ml Equipped with cassette style tube magazine, 18 pocket rotary turret, print registration, product hopper with level sensor, positive displacement fill station, bottom up fill, no tube / no fill, hot air or metal tube closure and faulty tube stop. Additionally features PLC controller with touch screen, 10 character code slot (able to code one or two side), E-stop, status light, interlocked guarding, stainless steel contact parts and recirculating water chiller.
Mounted on anodized aluminum frame with leveling legs. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
Change parts required to accommodate type of seal and size / fill range.
