Back to All EquipmentHartness Model 875, Automatic, intermittent motion, stainless steel, case packer. Rated up to 35 cycles per minute with number of containers and cases – depending on materials and application. Case size range: 7" to 36" in Length; 5½" to 16½" in Width; 2" to 20" in Height. Container size range from onces to gallons and can handle cans, glass and plastic containers of various shapes and sizes as well as HSC, RSC and display trays (with proper change parts). Equipped with up to (4) 72" long extended Delrin product in feed conveyors with product dividers and container stops, air transfer package to ensures low pressure handling of lightweight and difficult to handle containers, tool-less changeover and central lubrication system, bottom lugged empty case in feed conveyor set on 24" centers to choke fed case section, product soft drop grid with elevator and powered case discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with A/B HMI display, VFD and stack light with horn. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety door guarding.
