Back to All EquipmentSkinetta Model ASK600, automatic, intermittent motion, shrink bundler and tunnel rated from 10 to 30 cycles per minute with number of packages – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Product size range: 3" to 12.6" in Length; 3" to 12.6" in Width; up to 11" in Height. Equipped with 96" long x 12" wide right angle in feed conveyor with bump wheel spacer into (2) product lanes, single head product ram thru bundler with 12" wide heat seal jaws. A product top hold down pad after product is pushed through sealing jaws to hold shrink wrapped product while being sealed. Integrated shrink tunnel with 12" High x 26" Wide x 36" Long heat chamber, with 80" long x 12" wide discharge conveyor. Control panel has Allen Bradley PLC with start, stop. jog, conveyor, tunnel and heater controls with e-stop. Top and bottom film rolls accepts up to 27.2" wide film up to 13" diameter with twin integrated film splicing stations and 17.6" maximum pull stroke length.
